Prepare rice according to package directions. Chill.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, orange juice, ginger, celery, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in rice, green onion, red bell pepper and mango. Gently fold crab meat into rice mixture, taking care not to break up lumps. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
Serving suggestions: Try serving in a tall martini glass; on a bed of lettuce, or in a fried rice paper bowl.
