1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. In a mixing bowl combine pork, cream cheese, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream and rice.
3. Pour mixture into a 1½-quart baking dish.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with green onions. Serve with scoops or chips.
SAVE TIME & MICROWAVE IT! Place dip in a microwave safe dish and microwave on HIGH until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
