Cooking Directions
Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Cook approximately 1 pound of chicken or beef. Line the bottom of each taco shell with lettuce leaves. Pour about 1/3 of the prepared rice mix into each shell. Add cooked meat. Top with remaining ingredients.
