Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Brown diced bacon in frying pan until brown. Drain on paper towels. Cook onion and pepper in bacon fat, until tender. Add okra, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked rice to mixture and simmer 5 minutes longer.
Just before serving, add crisp bacon and chopped parsley.
