Ingredients

1 cup cooked Carolina® Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup orange juice, chilled
1 ripe banana
1 can (11 1/2 oz.) mango nectar, chilled
1 Tbsp lime juice
fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.  Garnish with mint leaves.
